If a home owner elects to pay a heating and cooling contractor to routinely perform tune ups and cleanings on their furnace these smaller less expensive mechanical problems can be detected early, resolved accordingly to effectively save the home owner money in allowing more expensive parts to last longer, nominal efficiency bumps can be created, safety hazards can be reduced in a likely scenario to become less probable and peace of mind can be created to drastically reduce the likelihood of an unforeseen break down during the winter when a homeowner would least desire the occurrence to occur!A contractor offers periodic $79.00-$99.00 tune up specials (industry retail value: $135.00) in an attempt to expand the company's customer base while delivering a high value to people who explore the advantages and benefits of what a licensed and insured heating and air conditioning contractor can deliver in performing such a service.

A company would deliver the service in a professional manner to deliver the following checks and adjustments when a tune up is performed properly:

#1: Gas leak detection from gas shut off to the furnace is made and if any leaks are discovered the HVAC technician will show the home owner and make the proper recommendations for a safe repair to the home owner.

#2: The run capacitor for the blower motor is tested and replaced at a small additional charge if found to be weak in order to extend the life span of a vastly more expensive blower motor.

#3: Amp Draws are taken on the blower motor to ensure that the motor is running in manufacturer advised ranges to safe guard the motors life span and thus to save the home owner money.

#4: The induced draft motor amp draws are taken.

#5: Flue pipes are inspected to ensure that there are no dangerous defects present to create a dangerous scenario for the home occupants.

#6: Flame sensors are inspected and cleaned if needed.

#7: Ignitors are tested and replaced at a small additional charge if they are proven to be at the end of their service life.

#8: Gas valves are tuned using a manometer to ensure that they are set to proper water column to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.

#9: Older manual thermostats will have their heat anticipators adjusted or a recommendation at an additional cost will be made to replace the thermostat with a programmable digital thermostat.

#10: Combustion Gas Analysis is performed to ensure that the furnace is safely and efficiently operating.

#11: Limit switches are tested to ensure that they are operating safely by manufacturers design and specifications.

#12: The furnace burners and blower compartments are cleaned out of bulk dirt contamination if present.

#13: The furnace filter is inspected and proper filtration recommendations are made by the professional Heating and Air Conditioning HVAC technician to the home owner.

#14: The heat exchanger is visually inspected and if a dangerous scenario is discovered the HVAC technician will use more extensive testing measures to ensure that the heat exchanger is safe and functioning correctly.

#15: Temperature rise readings are taken to ensure that the furnace is operating at proper temperatures as rated by the respective manufacturer of the heating appliance, which in turns allows the HVAC technician to adjust or not adjust fan speeds accordingly to make sure that the furnace is running at peak performance and efficiency.

#16: The HVAC technician will make proper recommendations to the home owner and answer any comfort questions that the home owner may have about their heating and cooling equipment.

#17: The HVAC technician or heating and cooling professional will also address proper air mixing in the home, brief duct sizing, brief furnace sizing and make appropriate recommendations to cue in the home owner as to if everything is sized correctly, close or is well off!

#18: The furnace pressure switch is tested to ensure that it functions correctly.

#19: All tubes and or belts are inspected to make sure none are worn on the furnace.

#20: All wiring connections are inspected to ensure none are loose, disconnected or are making improper contact to connected spade terminals of the furnaces electronic connection points.

#21: Step down transformers on the furnace is inspected to ensure that it's operating and functioning correctly.

#22: The Heating and Air Conditioning HVAC technician will inspect high voltage connections to ensure that a reversed polarity occurrence is not present.

#23: The HVAC technician inspecting the furnace will also ensure that the AC coils are clean and free of debree and at an additional charge will offer to professionally clean them if they are discovered dirty to lose tremendous efficiency value, reduce unnecessary costly limit switch life spans on the furnace, create unnecessary odors and to eliminate bacteria that can commonly grow on an AC evaporator coil to potentially assist in making a home owner sick too!

#24: The HVAC technician will also test limit series roll out switches to ensure that no defects are present.

#25: The Heating and Air Conditioning HVAC technician will also inspect and make sure that flammable substances are not stored near the furnace and advise the homeowner to relocate such substances if they are discovered to be near the furnace during a tune up and cleaning of the furnace.

#26: The HVAC technician will inspect furnace drains, if present, to ensure that they are functioning correctly.

#27: A Heating and Air Conditioning HVAC technician will also test for spillage to ensure that dangerous flue gases are not back drafting into the home.

#28: The Heating and Air Conditioning HVAC technician will also inspect control boards and or ignition control modules to ensure that the parts are allowing correct purge cycle sequences of your forced air furnace too.

#29: The HVAC technician will inspect the blower motor lock shaft to ensure that the blower wheel is not loose on the blower shaft. When this is detected at no cost to the home owner the lock shaft is tightened up which in turn saves the expensive blower motor from premature failure!

#30: The Heating and Air Conditioning HVAC technician will also check over the HVAC system and make sealing recommendations to the home owner if excessive air leaks are discovered to cause the HVAC to be concerned with efficiency of the HVAC system.

Many heating and air conditioning licensed and insured HVAC companies and contractors offers similar tune ups amongst each other and cleaning services by various Heating and Air Conditioning companies maybe performed differently, but should produce the same results.

Many tenured technicians have an impressive innate ability to whiz through what doesn't immediately arise or pop to their attention while swiftly and effectively zeroing in on what stands out to them. Bare in mind if you performed thousands and thousands of furnace tune ups as many tenured Heating and Air Conditioning HVAC professional has, well, you'd have that same ability to do so yourself as with many other tenured HVAC technicians can do it likewise with other Heating and Air Conditioning service providers too!

After it is all said and done, whether a home owner calls one reputable Licensed and Insured Heating and Cooling Professional on an annual basis to the next, well, in the long run the home owner is going to save a tremendous amount of money by catching the small problems that are less expensive to resolve BEFORE they balloon into a small fortune in a more costly break down, by improving efficiencies on key found furnace adjustments and by cleaning the dirt which accounts for approximately 50% of efficiency loss and in reducing sensitive electronic components from failing prematurely as a result! Home owners who routinely have their furnaces tuned, cleaned, adjusted with preventative maintenance on worn furnace components ALWAYS saves vastly more money in the long run than the home owners who neglect to maintain and service their expensive heating and cooling equipment, guaranteed! So after reading this article, make sure you call and schedule your heating and air conditioning professionals of choice today, but make sure they are licensed, insured, possesses a great record with the BBB and or Angie's List and that the companies sustains themselves as a reputable, trusted and relevant HVAC business and you won't regret it at all in the long run. You will stay warm, comfortable, pay the best utility bill as possible and off set costly and untimely winter break downs too!

By: Mike M. Yes. Is everyone gonna just live on the Plantation and chew on some free gummy bears and lollipops for ever and ever as the Regressive Progressives always dreamed about as their grandest and greatest dream come true while all of the supposed little people would bow to them and chant that they are not worthy year in and year out for ever and ever too? No.

Okay, so what will the new World look like then after Trillions upon Trillions of dollars was spent to construct a Plantation that none of the normal people wanted to live on? Well, we will probably see currencies World wide go insolvent while Nations all over the World scramble to pile up as much Gold as possible for the inevitable reformations that will come soon AND we will probably witness a profound Conservative political assendency occur in the elections of 2012, which will result in U.S. Federal government down sizing as not seen since after WW2, we will witness the Democratic Party imploding into itself with Party platform changes occuring there after too.

The American people were in fact briefly tricked in the elections of 2008 coming off of an economic high that lasted longer than ever before when Reaganomics was changed little by either Party, but with Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae being funded from the fruits of such long term prosperity, well, America's most deranged Leftists were working hard to undo the good times that Reagan's people created by allowing people with low credit scores to purchase homes with no down payment at all and thus the delusional Marxist Democrats discovered as to why their credit scores were so low when many, many of them wouldn't pay their mortgages on time or at all, which in turn created the housing bubble burst of 2008.

Now ofcourse the delusional Marxist media has spent thousands of hours of time disregarding the sources of the problems created and instead has focussed on telling the derivative story, the subprime bonanza AND the foolish CDO investments sold as a result of Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae getting to do what they wanted to do with the protection of the Federal Government at their sail, considering to the fact that Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae are Federal Corporations, which means they are a quasi entity of the utmost stupidity ever imagined by man kind, because they operate similar to a normal Corporation, BUT they're not held to any rational market place standards as one because of the obvious Governmental dynamic that exists for them. So in more instances than not, well, the far left radical lunatic elements of American Society has already begone what they do best, which is ofcourse to miss the greatest point to any story, which is the source or the plot and with manipulative distraction they have proceeded to ignore and disregard reality again and instead future generations will just focus in on the details that derived from one of mans greatest economic stupidities ever devised AND exclusively created by the Regressive Progressive movement that is on the precibise of destruction by it's own means, know how and brilliant engenuity of perpetual stupidity. With a little luck though, articles like this one will slip out for future researchers to get through the delusional Marxist Regressive Progressive manipulations and real events, real numbers and real policies will be reviewed to the lead up of everything that the manipulative and delusional Marxist media has put out there to find the truth!

So in conclusion, well, I'll tell you that most of the normal people who comprises the super majority of American thought in American Society is not tricked by the Marxists what so ever at all. They did catch everyone off guard when the housing bubble burst that they created in 2008 occurred, they did, because their policies ruined millions upon millions of American lives, but because of all the free time that the normal people has had from the Marxist Regressive Progressive sure fired economic stupidity, well, millions upon millions of Americans have performed careful study, back tracked and have discovered the truth EVEN while till this very day the delusional Marxist Regressive Progressives have spent most of their time trying to dilute the truth and trying to muddy up the waters on what the real truth is. So in essence most of all of the delusional Marxist Regressive Progressives will just be fired in November of 2012, so that way the American people can install sane people into the Federal Government to begin the long and pain staking task of reversing most of everything that the delusional Marxist Regressive Progressives have done over the course of some 100 years. America may very well be stuck with some Progressive policies as a World super power in regards to some foreign affairs policies, as a Nation that can have the ability to deter WW3 with all of the advanced military technology, tactics and strategies that the USA's military possesses, however the welfare State, the deranged economics that Marxists have interjected into successful economics that past Libertarians and Conservatives have installed will inadvertently be drastically reformed while new currencies are issued and while a bit extra of American Energy Independence is deployed to stabalize the delusional train wreck of maximum economic stupidity deployed by the Marxist Regressive Progressives in the USA.

But from speaking with many, many normal people in the USA, well, I have discovered that they know that the firmly convicted and deeply believing Marxist Regressive Progressives in the USA really do possess a mental disorder of the highest Society calibur and now that all of the normal people in the USA has recieved the opportunity to see the results of their policies deeply applied into American Society, well, the election results for 2012 are pretty easy to see EVEN right now, which is ofcourse the Regressive Progressive movement being removed out of political power Nation wide and to just be out of the game for atleast a 25 year period for all of the economic chaos that the movement has created. It will also take like 15 years to get the Nations children to not be taught to be dumb anymore too and it's gonna take some time to get people to learn how to believe in themselves too. It was a grand, long term Society brain washing scheme that only turned out to be a grand Society ponzi scheme in the end, but the good news is that the normal people in American Society is wising up. Some of the deeply convicted Marxist Regressive Progressives in American Society are just a lost cause, yup, they're brain washed beyond the point of no return what so ever at all. You can even see the lunatic, high strung and razzed looks of facial expressions on their faces that Debbie Shultz and Nancy Pelosi does all the time. It's almost like a perpetual perma stuck bit of body language that will unfortunately never leave their poor souls as they walk on this Earth, but with aside from those most extreme examples of the mental disorder that the Marxist Regressive Progressive movement has created over some generations in America, well, they are ofcourse are just the exception to American Society and are not the rule to American Society at all, thank goodness!

So in the end the American people will have to take their lumps to some degree, they will learn about how it's not a good idea to just get free gummy bears and lollipops for ever and ever at the cost of high taxation and liberty theft and instead will have to focus on creating a Society that is fair for people to take a shot at their dreams, to be a Nation of Laws, to not do delusional "Social Justice", but instead to embrace "Equal Justice" instead and to do a better job in helping people, help themselves while embracing individuality over ebracing a Society of really stupid people stuck on the Equal Opportunity Slave Master Plantation instead!

http://www.somuch.com/AddSite/Verify.asp?LID=1220923&UID=447890&TID=107

T-Section

<a title="Tsection - I hope that distinguished scholars, such as yourself, will work diligently to counter the manipulation of our language by the left.

A month ago I was trying to argue the cause of States Rights and was immediately labeled a "neoconfederate-racist."

While posting the wording of the Tenth Amendment the umpteenth time, it dawned on me: States don't have "rights" they have powers.

I am now curious about the origin and usage of the term "States Rights."

As you are more learned and have access to better resources than me, I would be honored if you took time out of your busy schedule to address this very important distinction.

My research of the Founders indicates that they created a multidimensional political structure where the people had rights. The States and Federal Governments had limited powers.

If this is true, then the slogan "States Rights" is antithetical to the Constitution. Advocates of limited government run the risk of undermining their cause if they use the loaded term "States Rights."

If what I believe is true, and the slogan "States Rights" is paradoxical creation of the enemies of limited government, then proponents of nullification need to strike the term from their lexicon and actively challenge its use by emphasizing "States don't have rights, only people have rights. If States have powers then why don't they act now to counter this out of control Federal Government to stop various ill advised economy killing legislative actions by Washington DC to get onto bigger and better things such as fixing this lousy economy! Quite simply, the answer is complacency. Progressive policies reward complacency and encourages the bare minimum of people in life and human beings were not designed to seek the bare minimum in life, but rather human beings are designed to be challenged.

In a nut shell, this is what the Progressive agenda is all about. Elitists are the slave masters who deliver the bare essentials to life for all. Assuming that you're not an elitist, you will have access to health care, you will never starve, you will have shelter and you will have access to entertainment for a little while. Of course none of these bare essentials are for free, because really nothing in life is ever for free. You will be taxed high on your earnings or on the things that you buy or a combination of both. Regardless in how you slice or dice it, the gross total of your earnings will eventually be galvanized to a point to where you possess less funds for your self at the end. This is the Progressive concept. It is a concept of Lord over serf. You will remain in the heirarchy of society to where you were born. Now this sounds like a really great dealio if you were born at the top of the food chain, however if you were born at the bottom, well this designed system will ensure that you will remain at the bottom more often than not. The financial hurdles will be too much, for the vast majority of people to ever over come.

Now, lets say you're a person that is not very ambitious and this system really doesn't sound all that bad to you, which is very logical. It's really not the worst case scenario to have the bare essentials of life provided to you, especially considering that poverty and human desolation is far much more worse to endure and has occurred on Earth as well. That is a very sound and good point, but please do consider human nature as well as you contemplate such a society system that socialism is.

Humans are creatures that excel in life when they are challenged. A socialist system of providing the bare essentials to you in life at a high cost in taxation has always failed throughout human history because an environment of complacency for humans has been created. In fact, on paper socialism is in fact, the most perfect society system ever devised, however in the real world it is one of the worst society systems ever designed, because socialism has never taken real human behavior into account. If humans are not constantly challenged, then humans naturally evolve to embrace complacency. In the animal kingdom complacent animals perish to predators. The young bird that does not learn to fly, is eaten by the fox. So with this phenomenon in nature being well known and understood, a logical person must also consider even though humans are highly intelligent creatures, are we not part of the animal kingdom too?

Complacency rules in socialist societies, because humans are smart enough to understand that if they get something for what appears to be nothing, then maximum effort is no longer required. Humans gravitate towards personal entertainment and other personal endeavors more instead. As an entire society begins to entertain themselves more, then naturally productivity in the over all economy reduces. Once productivity reduces too much, then a societies economy begins to spend more than it creates. Massive society debts then bring the socialist society leadership to a juncture to where a decision must be made. The decision results in either leading a society into communism where forcing productivity to increase at the barrel of a gun or other terrorizing techniques are pursued or a decision is made to ditch the socialist system entirely for a capitalist system where an individual must make their own roads and fend for themselves to survive. Of course, socialism will always eventually fail due to genuine and true human nature and behavior, which always trumps designs that are drafted on paper.

The dangers of socialism in society are very evident when you begin to weigh out the planned system versus human nature. This conflict and clash always dooms the dream of a Utopia to its guaranteed automatic failure. Now you may wonder if this is proven true over and over and over again in human history, then why is it that so many politicians and elitists pursue this system? Aren't they aware of any history, a logical person might ask? Well the answer is simply, yes, these individuals are intelligent enough to know the history of the automatic and guaranteed failure that socialism always provides, but these individuals are the fox and you are the prey. These unscrupulous individuals pursue this system only to prey upon you to better themselves. Most individuals who pursue socialism today, are some of the worlds most evil and most dangerous people on Earth or are just mentally unstable and delusional. They will pursue this system relentlessly only for self adulation and lust of power, absolute and maximum power wielded over the masses. Most individuals who pursue socialism today are individuals that are pathological narcissists. This is a dangerous human condition that causes an individual to pursue maximum power for endless attention, which heading socialism in society best assists that person to achieve. Pathological narcissists are masters of manipulation and are extremely intelligent. They can always make the absurd sound so wonderful. Pathological narcissists are typically charismatic, charming and appear to be non threatening to you as well. You have never heard of a Joseph Stalin, a chairman Mao or an Adolph Hitler in a free society, who mind you, were all pathological narcissists. Free societies do not grant enough power for a pathological narcissist to wield it for evil, but socialism grants the gateway of enough power for these individuals to thrive in an arena where the meal will eventually be you.

So as you ponder on how wonderful obtaining free junk sounds, please consider who it is that is giving you free junk. Do you really know who these people are? Foxes will eat flightless birds.

by: Mike M.
Written: July 1st, 2010.
http://taxmemore.blogspot.com

Parody: Harry S. The 60's were a time of rebellion, outrageously open expressions and a time that experimented heavily in several narcotics to include LSD. This is a skit where two generation Y kids begin realizing that the reason why complete chaos is going on in our country right now is that many people who are perma fried from the 60's are legislating all of the new laws that are creating the current chaos!

Entry.

Nick: Some LSD journeys performed in the past created the concept of tax and cap where basically you let robbers steal from a company forcing the company that got robbed to raise their rates with their customers to cover the increased costs (uh, dude that's like YOU) and then the robbers pretend that they are doing something noble, but really they just ripped you off for the hell of it only because some other robbers in the Congress (Progressives gone wild) let them. So pretty much so that is how cap and tax works an I'm pissed!

Tom: So let me get this straight, you mean to tell me that all these robbers back in the 60's were doing an incredible LSD journey and devised the perfect heist to rob us on our taxes for cap & tax to save Al Gore's Earth? I mean, everybody knows now that Al Gore is a total liar of everything!

Nick: Uh yea, like totally.

Tom: Well who's going to stop them?

Nick: Uh well, the Congress right now is loaded with Progressives gone wild who are still doing the LSD journey because they're permafried and unfortunately they out number normal people right now, so basically we're up a creek without a paddle.

Tom: That's bull shit!!!

Nick: Uh yea, tell me about it...

Tom: So how do we stop them?

Nick: Maybe you could try giving them some free LSD so that they don't show up to work at Congress from partying too hard for several nights and days, has anybody tried that yet?

Tom: That's brilliant, where can we find some LSD and how do we get it to them?

Nick: Uh well, I don't know. I've never done any LSD before so just Google it or something...

Tom leaves and returns 3 hours later...

Tom: Okay, okay, so I found some LSD on line and I have a package being shipped to my house. They said it was like window payne and that window payne LSD is the Congresses favorite kind. So maybe we can get them off of the cap and tax journey and then just try to give them some free window payne LSD to redirect their journey to return $787 Billion in stimulus money back to the US Treasury since all they really achieved in abstracting those funds was to scare the bejesus out of everybody. You know my mom and dad don't even sleep right, are cranky and I'm tired of eating canned food! What do you think about that plan?

Nick: Well by golly, I think that you're on to something there. How in the world could anybody who partied in the 60's that is serving in Congress refuse any window payne LSD? They could be happy, we could be happy and the SUPER MAJORITY of people in the USA could be happy too! Holy moly, the only draw back to that plan is you'll inadvertently raise their poll numbers by tricking them into doing something smart for the first time in years. Are you sure you want to go there with that since it would be a bunch of fun to fire almost everybody in the Congress for the first time ever this November?

Tom: Yea damn it, they're about to implode our entire economic system with the World's stupidest economic policies and everybody out there like my mom and dad are about to lose their jobs, which means I'll never quit eating crappy canned foods!!! Screw it, let's just give them some free window payne LSD and call it good!!!

Nick and Tom rush out of the house and leave to ride a bus to Washington DC with boxes full of window payne LSD...

The End.

by Mike M.
http://taxmemore.blogspot.com

Boycott The Boycotters: Letter from Governor Brewer to President Barack Obama, June 23, 2010

Boycott The Boycotters: Letter from Governor Brewer to President Barack Obama, June 23, 2010

Satire: Potential 2011 State of the Union Address

We are getting close to plugging the hole in the Gulf of Mexico and let me make it clear; Seafood is over rated!

Phoenix Arizona is better governed by Mexican drug cartels and look at the bright side, it's cheaper this way AND can help to pay down some of the National debt, even though the run away Congress will never quit frivolous spending towards saving the Earth, but in due time when we do save the Earth, it can be funded by furthering the rationing of health care!

I know that the middle class is upset to the fact that their income taxes are now at 75% of their income, but at least they get a real high tech fancy dancy National ID card with their DNA in the card for it! How cool is that? I especially like the hologram!

And I know that you're upset because the National average utility bill is now only $950.00 a month, but you just have to learn how to conserve better or just work more and it will be okay, I promise, your attitude will make all of the difference!

Now if we can just spend another 1.5 Trillion dollar Stimulus package bill that has been introduced in the Congress, this time I will promise to you that the unemployment rate will not exceed 25%, I PROMISE! We are nearly there to make America into the Utopia that I had always dreamed about as a young boy growing up!

Now, in 2011 we will balance the budget this time by just eliminating the entire Military. Military's cost a fortune, attracts racists, angers other Nations and we just can't have a Military and Nationalized health care at the same time, but then we have to some how figure out how to pay for some new bail outs that my pals on Wall Street need, so that I can have enough campaign funds to get re elected in 2012. But DO NOT worry, because we have a Marxist think tank who will figure out how to solve this dilemma and eventually with an open budget, we will figure out what the budget should be to convince you that it is balanced while I go out on another golfing adventure. If we have to, I will just sell the Statue of Liberty to Shang Hai. That city has way better harbors there any ways and the Statue of Liberty would look really good in their modern high tech city that boasts all of the manufacturing jobs that the USA once had! Maybe if we included the Brooklyn Bridge, the Lincoln Memorial, the Seattle Space Needle and all of the artifacts in the Smithsonian, they will return the Hummer Manufacturing jobs to us to create an additional 10,000 jobs to catch up to the 35 Million job deficit that we currently have. It'll be great! We will definitely get a handle on this unemployment problem as our 3rd Most important priority instead of how in 2010 it was our last priority, because of Nationalized health care, cap and tax and that BP thing got in the way of my golfing and weekly concerts as well as all of those racists down there in Arizona complaining about the Mexican Drug cartels blowing them away. Maybe if everybody in Arizona wasn't so racist all the time then the Mexican Drug Cartels wouldn't want to shoot them up, but at any rate my Attorney General will keep them tied up in court for years to come so that we don't have to be distracted by those little people who don't really matter anymore and 2011 will be a much better year than 2010, for me.

Keep believing! One thing that I have personally been fascinated with, is the fact that several varying ideological mindsets seem to never be enraged by Libertarian ideas as they can get with one another from time to time on different topics and issues with in politics. I believe that the core reason of the typical American open mindedness to Libertarian ideas is based upon the fact that most Libertarian ideas are central to common sense, which means that it is extremely difficult for an individual to have a strong negative reaction towards such a non intrusive, non overbearing and non threatening core value belief system. Libertarianism is a streaking belief system that better follows mans most primitive desires, which is to live well, to find peace and to coexist with others during an individual pursuit of happiness, while not being alone in an over all cultural pursuit. Human beings naturally gravitate towards and extremely desire genuine true liberty. This would easily explain why throughout American political history, Libertarian values have cris crossed through the Left and the Right ideological spectrum's at different points of time. Now how on Earth could any human being really be against that? To be so, would almost not be human!

-Mike M.
Sunday, June 20th, 2010.

Politics- The individual or the State? God, Liberty, E. Pluribus Unum, anybody?

To the credit of President Barak H. Obama, he was not kidding about his promise to fundamentally transform the United States of America and is working at lightening speed to achieve unprecedented changes as seen never before, to turn the USA into an unrecognizable Nation that the average American has never even fathomed before! The goal of eliminating all individual liberties is under way for the benefit of absolute power for the President, various Global elitists and select Progressive, Socialist and Marxist intellectuals with in a select crowd of perpetrators and the end result will be a conclusion of a Global Lords over surfs as a governmental equation by design, should the Constitutional Republic perish by their massive and constant legislative endeavors.

Individual liberties are fodder to the Progressive machines agenda and will be chewed up and disregarded as the Progressive agenda advances. The 2700+ page health care reform bill addresses much more than just providing health care to those who do not have it, but commands absolute control over all American's everyday lives by giving complete access of all American's personal financial holdings by the Federal Government, whether it be accessing banking or investing accounts and gives the Federal Government unconstitutional powers to remove funds at will, if desired by the Federal Government to do so. An end to any financial privacy for any individual in the USA is achieved with the passage of the extremely intrusive health care reform legislation. The Federal Government will also take over 100% control in issuing higher education loans to secondary education students, which is an ear mark that was discovered inside of the health care reform legislation. Besides the fact that rationing of health care services will occur and to the fact that intrusive unconstitutional penalties will be leveraged upon individuals who decline to gain and pay for care, what the unconstitutional health care reform legislation is really about is absolute authoritarian control by the Federal Government over all individuals who reside in the USA, with exception to the fact that illegal immigrants who break our immigration laws will just be covered for free by the American taxpayer. The health care reform bill is less about over all health care and is more about subjugation of the American individual by the Federal Government and should receive immediate consideration to advance Usurpation measures as granted to the American people in the U.S. Constitution. Usurpation is the unauthorized, unlawful exercise of power not expressed or granted in the U.S. Constitution and whenever a person, department or branch of the government (federal, state, or local) usurps, they assume undelegated powers and are therefore acting outside the law. Any legislation advanced outside of the parameters of the law, is therefore null and void.

Further intrusions of individual liberties are under way through the advancement of cap and trade legislation, which passed in the House of Representatives on Friday June 18th, 2010. Should the cap and trade legislation pass in the Senate at a later date, then utility bills through out the country will sky rocket, effectively damaging the individual consumers buying power in the over all economy and will of course also lead to the elimination of hundreds of thousands of jobs so that corrupt politicians can make a fortune in private business holdings that would support the proposed new "green economy" that has already proven to be a failure in Spain, which created a ridiculous 18.1% National unemployment rate there and has led to Australia to change course in not pursuing a "green economy", due to the well known guaranteed negative economic impact that cap and trade will create. Should cap and trade become enacted into law in the United States, then with the known automatic negative economic impact that the legislation will create; a result of countless additional "currently employed" Americans will become reliant on the Federal Government for welfare and food stamps, which of course has to be a part of the over all evil Progressive plan to retain absolute control over the individual through out the Nation to secure power at future ballots. This is merely a planned cyclical Progressive process to retain power and control at the expense of individual liberties. Desperate people will seek desperate measures to survive and get by, which the Progressives clearly understand, which is why they enjoy to purposely create an economic depression by design.

The evil anti American Progressives also seek to eliminate the Second Amendment by signing UN agreements behind the scenes in obscurity and by continually trying to advance the H.R. 45 (Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009) to target all gun owners in the U.S.A. The evil anti American Progressive strategy is very much so quite simple. A constant advancement to make it a royal pain in the rear to possess any fire arm will deter how many Americans choose to participate in their Constitutional rights to bare arms and of course once there is vastly more Americans who do not desire to practice their inalienable rights, through an evolutionary process of eroding such rights by constant harassing legislative assault, a result of eventual full scale ban can be eventually achieved. That is exactly the evil anti American Progressive plan. Once a society is stripped of their personal fire arms, then more brazen authoritarian measures of limiting individuals liberties becomes extremely easier with out any consequences. The inalienable right to bare arms in the United States Constitution has nothing to do with hunting or sport shooting as many politicians would have you believe, but instead the founding fathers had a vision of another check and balance that leverages the American citizen against the prospects of a Tyrannical Government amongst many other checks and balances that they designed to seek a preservation of a Constitutional Republic. Should the evil anti American Progressives ever achieve stripping the inalienable right to bare arms away from the American individual, then unchallenged Tyranny may be achieved in over drive with out fear or regards to any viable repercussion(s), which of course is why it is vital for every American to oppose any Second Amendment infraction(s) that are attempted regardless if an American appreciates a fire arm or not, because in the bigger scheme of things, that Amendment is part of a complex matrix for individual liberty preservation, Constitutional Republic preservation and an additional safe guard against the potential of tyrannical government to come into existence.

Net neutrality is an assault of freedom of speech and is currently under way for targeted implementation to further control the main stream media message for the vast majority of the US population. President Obama also edited President Ronald Reagan's Executive Oder 12425 granting Interpol diplomatic immunity, which President Ronald Reagan never granted for a future suspected One World Government Gestapo. To learn more, please visit http://www.examiner.com/x-30090-Delaware-Education-Examiner~y2009m12d29-President-Obama-signs-Executive-Order-allowing-Interpol-new-privileges Unions such as the SEIU and community organizers such as the former group known as ACORN, now known as Community Organizations International are all vital instruments for the planned Global Communist one world government to herd the masses for perfect subjugation of absolute command and control for anybody who desires the ability to gain employment any where on Earth. Traditional allies to the USA are currently not appreciated as commonly witnessed even on the main stream media and Authoritarian States are much more appreciated as never seen before with the current foreign affairs policies being pursued today. Arizona is being over ran by immigration infractions with little regard to American National sovereignty by this current administration, not to mention astounding Nationalization of Private Corporations that has already occurred as well. I fear to state what Ronald Reagan once said,"Don't be afraid to see what you see." Too many paralleled actions have transpired or are currently under way in a complete fundamental transformation of the United States of America, which will have broader impacts not only on the American citizen, but also on many other Nations and people through out the World. We may not have enough time to stop the onslaught by November for any political change of power to prevent the erosion of humanity as destined slaves and if there is any chance to make it to November to reverse the evil anti American Progressive legislative actions, then it will be imperative for several court actions to be initiated RIGHT NOW, in order to buy time to allow November to mean anything at all. Lawyers who traditionally support the Democrat Party should take heed to what is transpiring. Lawyers thrive in a Nation of laws that a Constitutional Republic is, but if a pseudo one world communist State is achieved then legal services as witnessed in past Communist States are not needed so much anymore, which is quite an interesting quandary for those out there who practices Law. Many Lawyers out there should seriously consider their long term futures versus any short term gains while this new one world alignment is currently under way and seriously ask themselves this poignant question,"Is it worth it for me to assist in advancing an agenda that may very well put me out of a long term occupation for just a little extra quid right now?" This may sound some what extreme, but is it really when you begin to connect all of the dots?

Should the evil anti American Progressive machine prevail before November of 2010, then a 1000 years of darkness will reign over the world creating a World of misery for the masses. Those who are poor will remain poor, those who think that they are comfortable right now, will lose all comforts and those who posses power will remain in power indefinitely for themselves and their future lineage. The implications and the end results will not just negatively effect every day Americans, but once the United States of America ceases to be a Constitutional Republic, then Global alignment for a one world Government can come into existence to advance unchallenged measures to control all of mankind as never seen before through out human history. Suppose my suspicions are wrong, which would be wonderful, but with everything going on all at once in a legislative blitzkrieg in the USA as never seen before in all of American history, is it really at all worth the risk that my suspicions could be correct?

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://taxmemore.blogspot.com/2010/06/individual-liberties-under-wide-scale.html' title='Politics- The individual or the State? The writing is on the wall. The USA really has two choices, which is to continue business as usual with never ending deficit spending leading to high taxation, which in turn of course hinders the economy by burdening all business and leaving the consumer with less or we can seriously have a look at where we are today to make drastic reforms in overall Government size to where we can adapt our current course of complete economic implosion and Government insolvency and just systematically reform a new lean and mean Federal Government to save Trillions of dollars and to pay down the National debt.

First and foremost, I want to make it clear that I do not have a desire to see current Federal employees unemployed, just as I would not want to be unemployed or anybody in the private sector to be unemployed either, which is why when Federal Government downsizing occurs, it needs to be performed in stages to ensure that employment transitions occur seamlessly for Federal employees who loses their jobs through out the down sizing process.

Why is it imperative that we down size the Federal Government? Well for starters we currently have about $108 Trillion dollars in unfunded liabilities, approximately $60 Trillion dollars in National debt and a $13 Trillion dollar (and growing) budget deficit as well as unemployment/underemployed U-6 of 22% (May 2010, Labor Department statistics) of the Nation and a weak private sector that is constantly shedding businesses every month in Bankruptcy while trying to sustain a $3.8 Trillion a year budget and only bringing in around $2-$2.2 Trillion a year at the Department Treasury and as unemployment rises and businesses continue to fold the revenue coming in will obviously like a total no brainer, decrease . In essence, the current course that we are on is leading us right towards a cliff at the Grand Canyon and the results are not going to be pretty if we fail to act and change course soon!

So obviously if we are to be a society with any brains we have to balance the Federal budget 1st and create budget surpluses to pay down debt and at the same time we need to limit Government interference in the Private sector to encourage small business start ups and to encourage existing companies to have the ability to grow. This can be easily achieved if we decided to reduce our Corporate tax rate from 36% to 15%. As a result of doing this, companies will gain an immediate ability to grow inventory, advertise more and as volume of business increases, these businesses will eventually generate new employment again. The Federal budget should be reduced to $2 Trillion dollars a year as well.

How do we shave $1.8 Trillion from the Federal budget? Well for starters, it will be essential to repeal and reform the recently forced health care reform bill that passed with 75% of the Nation opposing the ridiculous bill and was only able to pass with bribes, threats and arm twisting in Congress and of coarse nobody has forgotten at all just how anti American and Authoritarian the entire process truly was, not to mention the fact that the Nation had no money for it at ALL during the worst recession since the Great Depression. The HCR bill is just too expensive! Next it will be essential to eliminate the Department of Education, which wastes approximately $200 Billion dollars a year with virtually no improvement in over all National education for the Nation's children. Saved revenues and 100% authority should be returned to the States and tax payer, who we all know are highly interested in ensuring that Education is properly funded so that America's children receives the best primary Education possible. The only real change that would occur is that the parents would gain greater say in their child's Education at a more local level and through new taxation at the State level, less fraud waste and abuse will occur resulting in more bang for the buck in overall Education. After wards the Department of Defense should consider 2 outcomes in order to save serious money. Option 1 would be to assemble a plan to charge regional Nations to pay for DOD's deployment and contracting expenses should it be determined that US Military actions benefit regional Nations economically or Option 2 which would seek to save $75 Billion a year in down sizing non essential foreign military bases, which total at approximately 700. DOD could control 100% of the action, they could be permitted even to increase the size of certain bases as they deem necessary, but ultimately they will need to save $75 Billion a year. If they can save more in an intelligent manner without jeopardizing National Defense, then a pay raise for all E-1-O-9 service members in all branches should be issued at 10% over their annual salaries, so long as the savings covers the overall pay increases. DOD could also look at ways to increase the life expectancy of non combat equipment and machinery and if they achieve doing an outstanding job in saving more than the targeted $75 Billion a year reduction, then 1/2 the money saved every year will be returned to the Treasury in savings and the other 1/2 kicks into additional pay raises equally divided for all Military Service members. In effect every unit Commander will have the joy to announce to their service members that they have the ability every year as a team to increase their salaries, every year as a team. That is outstanding positive reinforcement to make efficiency become habit, because now it pays to be efficient and it pays to make everything stay in top notch shape and last longer. This concept will not be permissible on body armor, combat systems, weapons or critical technologies as determined by DOD's top command, because such things will have to stay on a schedule of new and the best at all times, but anything and everything else, play ball!

A third area to save tremendous amounts of money will be to review thousands of agencies to determine which agencies should be down sized and or eliminated. A target of savings should be set at $75 Billion a year.

A fourth area to save money should be a target of $10 Billion a year in the Department of Energy.

A fifth area to save money should be in reforming Social Security which has never received proper funding in the 1st place.

Social Security should become a new 21st Century individual controlled investment account with Federally backed Insurance that strictly protects the amount invested in by the individual and employer, but does not protect the amount of targeted gains. This would truly be a Republican/Democrat compromise. This would allow a choice of investments that the individual can make in US markets, but ensure that they don't lose it all if they retire during an economic downturn. In essence the Social Security individual will either at least have a savings for retirement to retire with just enough or if their investments were wise and good then they would have the ability to retire in style. This concept would perfectly balance between the Democrats strong desire of centralized control and the Republicans desire to allow individual liberty. Solving Social Security if it can ever happen will have to be a perfect compromise by both Party's otherwise the problem will never be resolved and as a result of not solving the Social Security problem, then more than likely it will go belly up and then nobody will have anything at all. A market control of age to retire should rise when times are bad and lower when times are good randomly due to uncontrolled market forces and the American people should be told that that is just how it goes to ensure that everybody has their Social Security protected. Markets are some times very good and some times markets are horrible.

A new fair flat tax system should be installed with abolishing the income tax and estate tax.

The new excise tax system will be as follows: (The way it is composed is again, trying to compromise the ideological differences that the left and right has, but no less the Treasury will gain more money than ever and every tax bracket of income earners will save too)

Subsistence items = No taxation what so ever. A huge list could determine what is essential to human life with no luxuries. Example: grocery food, non soda/alcohol drink, 1st home, diapers, clothing items under 2010 value of $100 per article of clothing, shoes, baby products such as cribs, rocking chairs, pacifiers, heating furnaces for homes, tooth brushes, tooth paste, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coats, jackets, etc.

Common items = 7%. This could include: household goods, electronics, tires, cars, motor oil, tools, machinery, office supplies, lawn care products, lumber, ladders, industrial materials, cement, concrete, steel, copper, guns, ammunition, air conditioners, humidifiers, books, caskets, grave stones, bubble gum, perfume, cologne, cosmetics, news papers, and much, much more.

Luxury items = 9%. This could include: expensive paintings, jewelry, boats & yachts, high end automobiles, ATVS, snow mobiles, fast food, candy, sweets, soda, sugar, private jets, hot tubs, pool tables, 2nd home& beyond on a private basis, sex toys, trains, Rec vehicles, fur coats, etc.

Vices of life items= 12%. This could include: Alcohol, tobacco products, marijuana, coffee, tea, slot machines, craps tables, black jack tables, roulette tables etc.

Surplus revenues should be utilized as follows: 65% pays down debt and 35% is utilized for small business grants and Nano technology research and development Grants for primarily medicinal purposes to create a new major US Industry to produce a new technology that will render Global demand. 60% of the 35% should be utilized in Nano Technology research and development Grants to companies that employ US citizens in the USA to work in that sector. 40% of the 35% should be utilized for small businesses who can expand and new start ups with excellent business plans. The SBA should employ Fortune 500 companies to produce a rotating staff of review teams from the Private sector to make the reviews. The Fortune 500 company should be compensated direct tax free $35,000 a year per person produced with an MBA to the SBA review board and then that individual who will only serve 1 year on the SBA review board will review and determine which small businesses are approved or denied Grants. The MBA will be compensated $65,000 for the year and will receive a 10% commission on the new start ups or expanding small business 1st profitable year net profit total. So with that being said, if the MBA approves a Grant to losers who can't ever profit, then the MBA earns no commission, but if the MBA picks winners who end up making huge profits then the MBA could make a killing. This will ensure that a positive impact occurs in the overall economy and will protect the tax payer against fraud, waste and abuse. The Fortune 500 companies will all produce people for SBA reviews and then the company that produces the biggest winners will win bragging rights where the President of the United States will spoil them at the White House for 5 days and nights where the CEO, COO, Chairman of the board, the largest share holder and the crowd of MBA's that served on the SBA's review board who produced the highest small business profit totals will stay and be wined and dined as a team award. Everybody will receive plaques, X3 photos individually with the President and X2 free advertising media blitzes, one at the beginning of their stay and one at the end of their stay will ensure that the entire world knows who has the top dogs in the business world, which will be great for the Fortune 500 company in free advertising! Under this scenario the Government provides the business promotion shell with the SBA and Americas finest Fortune 500 Companies fine tunes Americas new business all stars so that the economy can truly succeed. It's kind of like marrying the best of two different worlds!

Now that a fair flat tax system is installed the entire IRS at a huge tax payer savings can be shut down. The average small business which spends approximately $183,000 a year to properly maintain their books can now save most of that money in accounting, which of coarse will have an immediate and positive impact on the overall economy. The Department of Treasury will be all that is needed to handle the 15% Corporate tax arena.

We have now saved a minimum of $1.48 Trillion a year with real potential to save even more.

Once all of this has been done then multiple factors will occur. The Treasury will gain more money than ever before in American history so that we can really pay down the National debt, the Federal Government will remain strong and effective while being slightly smaller with a balanced budget producing budget surpluses, businesses will thrive, the unemployment rate will drop fast and individual earners will keep more of their money in their pockets where that money belongs. I have seen nobody in politics today from any Party produce such a winning plan!

by Mike M.

The audacity of failure being created by Barack H. Obama

What is Socialism by its exact definition out of a dictionary?

so·cial·ism
/ˈsoʊʃəˌlɪzəm/ Show Spelled[soh-shuh-liz-uhm] Show IPA–noun

1.a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole.

2.procedure or practice in accordance with this theory.

3.(in Marxist theory) the stage following capitalism in the transition of a society to communism, characterized by the imperfect implementation of collectivist principles.

The United States of America fought Marxist ideas for approximately 100 years and for good reason. Every Nation that has utilized Socialism as a Government instrument has overwhelmingly realized the same failed results.

Failed results, gosh, that doesn't sound good, what would one mean by failed results?

Collectivism is central in Socialized theory. It directly contradicts the vision that our founding fathers had in the United States, because the founding fathers believed that there were no limitations to an individuals potential if allowed to be free with a limited Government and of coarse, they were correct, which explains how and why the United States of America led the world in almost all technological advancements, inventions and increased the standard of living for 100's of millions of people through out the world. Individual liberty leads to incentive to achieve and thus, with individual liberty that was in place for the United States men and women aspired to create things. Think about it; The United States invented the ability to harness electricity, the 1st telephone, invented the 1st gasoline powered automobile, the 1st air plane, 1000's of medicinal drugs and cures in medical science, we put the 1st man on the moon, invented the internet and were 1st to master nuclear technology that can be used for good and bad purposes. One might wonder, why is it that so many things are created in the United States and not in let's say, North Korea or Denmark? Well, that is a simple question to answer. Denmark is a Socialist society that very often can lead to a Communist society that North Korea is. Socialism is a centralized government machine that erodes any incentive for an individual to excel at anything at all, due to high taxation, excessive society laws to control an individual and industry crushing regulations in every field or sector of a Nations economy to stifle over all industry productivity. There is no point for individual advancement, there is no point for creativity and there is no point to have individual dreams and aspirations, because Socialism in a sense, is an over encompassing man altering machine that collectively makes people work for the States common good and interests exclusively and as a result to the system an individual can't get a head even if he or she desired to do so. As a result to this reality, individuals who live in Socialist society's less often swing for the fences, because if they did and achieved any degree of success, then it is just done for the benefit of the State resulting in no individual reward, which of coarse destroys any rational individual reason to give it your all.

Very often, power hungry intellects who feel that they are very important leads misguided people with big hearts, who are less aware of History into Socialism. The masses fall prey to embrasing and supporting Socialism as a valid Governmental system under the guise that all mankind have basic needs and it is up to the Government to ensure that these basic needs are delivered to them. The power hungry intellects of coarse, achieves a dizzying degree of power to fuel their needs of self adulation and then the masses are thumbed under their control.

Unfortunately, for the minority of people who are very well versed in History, we have seen time and time again, how initial good intentions with Marxist theory has resulted in absolute failure at a high cost, leading to great human suffering. Socialism leads to Communism, because of the productivity loss, which requires the leaders to put the masses behind the barrel of a gun to FORCE the masses to become more productive to avoid the guaranteed society system implosion. The American Progressives have slowly installed Socialism principles in US Government since 1913 to the present, where today under President Obama we now have full blown Socialism being installed in its final stages. What are the results to Socialist policies even witnessed in our country?

National Debt: just shy of 60 Trillion dollars
National Deficit: 12-14 Trillion dollars & growing
Social Security: Out of money very soon.
Unfunded liabilities to cover entitlement programs such as Social Security, medicare and medicaide: 108 Trillion dollars & growing
Socialized medicine: Enacted on debt, with no real funds to pay for it.
US Federal budget for over sized Government: Operating on Treasury notes (uh, that's more debt people) where about 40 cents of every dollar received by the Government pays just for debts.
Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae Federal Corporations: Operating on debt, issued housing policies that played a major role in creating the current United States Economic and Global Depression

I could give hundreds of additional examples of Federal Government fiscal failure caused by Progressives, but for the sake of keeping what you are reading as an article and not creating an Encyclopedia, I will press on to other Global examples of Socialism leading to economic collapse and to massive needless human suffering.

USSR: The collective state could not spend money on sustaining a global military super power status and at the same time could not sustain a vibrant or even a satisfactory economy. The USSR placed military importance over stable economic importance, which unfortunately led to their collapse. 100 million people were murdered by the Government in its brief 76 year existence, not to mention millions more around the world.

Greece: Greece continued a long time period of growing National government jobs and decreasing private sector jobs. The result; Today they are in a state of complete economic collapse and government insolvency. Half the Nation is unemployed.

China: China was smart. Their think tanks calculated over and over and over again, what the economic results of their Socialist economic system would be. The logical conclusion that they found, was automatic failure. Considering that China is known as the 5000 year old society, they decided to do what they have successfully always done through out history. They adapted and overcame, once again and ditched the failed Marxist economic principles, but held on to Marxist ideas for social principles.

Cuba: Cuba touts how their Utopia is so wonderful under Fidel Castro, but in reality people live at a very low standard of living, food shortages are common, medical assistance is poor and half of the cities are shanty towns. Only Sean Penn and a couple other delusional actors who have consumed incredible amounts of narcotics, believes that Cuba is a Socialist paradise that would be great for all mankind.

Eastern block European Nations during the Cold War. Poland, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Yugoslavia, East Germany, Hungary and Bulgaria suffered needlessly under a failed Marxist ideology. During the Cold War their peoples standard of living was low, unemployment rates were high, food shortages common and health care was poor compared to the Western world.

Angola's Marxist government collapsed in the 80's when Marxist ideas were implemented in that African country.

In the 90's the Mexican currency suffered sky rocketing hyper inflation, due to some Marxist economic ideas being tried there, that led to the standard failure.

The results are always the same. Individual motivation to aspire to do anything significant at all and invention is muted, productivity to get anything done lowers, efficiency of anything and everything reduces and costs to pay for society services grossly increases. Then the obvious conclusion that has repeatedly happened through out history occurs: economic and governmental collapse.

Some Socialist proponents and supporters will say,"Your point is not true, what about Western Europe?" My answer to them is simple,"Western Europe doesn't count, because the United States has paid for 80% of their Military Defense through NATO.
